**Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and coffee to get you settled. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed.
**Fireplace:** Please be aware that the fireplace is decorative for ambiance only and is not functional. It cannot be used for fires.

***In addition to the platform cancellation policy, 4% will be deducted for processing fees.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
