🏠 Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home. The master closet will remain locked for owner storage.

👨‍👩‍👧 Pool & Hot Tub Safety

The pool and backyard are fully fenced; however, children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool and hot tub areas. Guests are responsible for the safety of everyone in their group.

🧺 Amenities & Supplies

We provide a starter supply of essentials including:

* Toilet paper
* Paper towels
* Trash bags
* Other basic household supplies

For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

📷 Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are located at the home:

* Ring doorbell
* Front-facing camera toward the street
* Front-facing camera toward the driveway
* Backyard camera facing the pool and hot tub area

These cameras are used only for security and emergency purposes. Two additional cameras are present but not connected (one near the garage and one near the hot tub area).

Guests may not cover or disable security cameras. A $500 fee will apply if cameras are tampered with.

🐾 House Rules & Fees

* No unauthorized pets. A $500 fee plus damages may apply for bringing an unapproved pet.
* Please respect the home and neighborhood by following all house rules.

💰 Booking Information

In certain circumstances, including when the primary guest is under 25, a security deposit of up to $1,000 may be required.

A 4% cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
